Somerville Sale Prices Range From $437,500 to Over $2 Million in Late July

Somerville recorded 16 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22. Among the 10 sales with a disclosed price, figures ranged from $437,500 to $2,023,000, with a median of $867,500. The top sale was 18 Acadia Park at $2,023,000, followed by 11 Village St. Unit E at $1,450,000. Half of all recorded transactions involved condominium units. Six transfers, including four that appear to keep property within the same family or trust, did not disclose a sale price. The period's raw sales count reflects ordinary activity, with no basis in the data to characterize the market as especially active or slow.
