Somerville Home Sales Span $680,000 to $1.65 Million as Six of 14 Prices Await Registry Update
The South Middlesex Registry of Deeds recorded 14 Somerville property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26. Among the eight sales with a recorded price, amounts ranged from $680,000 to $1,653,100, with a median of $1,160,000. The period's top sale was 11 Endicott Ave at $1,653,100, sold by the Marga Dieter Irrevocable Trust to Alexander and Ariana Wolf. Six of the 14 deeds, including both Willow Avenue condo transfers, had not yet shown a sale price in registry records. Several transfers involved trusts or related parties rather than open-market buyers.
