Somerville Home Sales Span $700,000 to $1.5 Million Over Four-Week Stretch
Somerville recorded 13 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19. Eight carried a recorded sale price, ranging from $700,000 to $1,500,000, with a median of $944,995; the other five have no price on file yet, which is typical for recently recorded deeds. The top sale was 88 Concord Ave at $1,500,000, sold by Amanda P. Santos to Jay Bacrania and Nancy Tran. Six of the 13 transfers were condominium units, and several others were trust or family transfers rather than sales to unrelated buyers. The raw sales count alone does not indicate whether the market was more or less active than usual.
