Somerville Home Sales Range Up to $1.465 Million as Family and Trust Transfers Dominate Volume
Sixteen Somerville property deeds were recorded between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only six carry a sale price so far, ranging from $840,000 to $1,465,000 with a median of $1,296,400. The top recorded sale was a condo at 131 Hudson St Unit 1 for $1,465,000. Six of the 16 transfers moved property between parties sharing the same name, often into a trust, and LLCs appeared in nine of the 16 deeds. The remaining 10 sales lack a recorded price, consistent with the registry's typical reporting lag rather than nondisclosure.
