Somerville Records 18 Sales in August, Few Prices Disclosed
Somerville recorded 18 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, according to the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds, but only seven listed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $600,000 to $1,370,000, with a median of $775,000. The period's top recorded sale was a condominium at 10 Bartlett St Unit 2, which sold for $1,370,000. Eight of the 18 transfers involved condo units, while 10 of the 11 transfers without a disclosed price appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust, including five properties transferred by Eusebio F. Arruda. No street had more than one recorded sale.
