Somerville deeds show $2.76 million sale topping active five-week stretch
Somerville recorded 15 property transfers between July 31 and August 29, 2026. Twelve carried a disclosed price, ranging from $605,000 to $2,760,000, with a median of $1,090,000. The period's top sale was 15 Walnut St at $2,760,000, sold by the Telemark Realty Trust to JJQFA Zheng Properties LLC. Seven of the 12 disclosed sales topped $1 million, while five fell between $500,000 and $1 million; three transfers, including two apparent intra-family trust transfers, listed no price. Broadway was the only street with more than one recorded sale.
