Somerville home sale tops $2.5 million as July prices span wide range

Somerville recorded 16 property sales from July 10 through Aug. 8, with 13 disclosing a price. Prices ranged from $699,000 to $2,550,000, with a median of $979,000. The period's top sale was 19 Hall St., which sold for $2,550,000 on July 10 to Jared and Kristen Craft. Seven of the 13 disclosed sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million, and six exceeded $1 million; none was under $500,000. Seven of the 16 total transfers were condominium units. Three transfers, all involving family members or trusts, carried no disclosed price. No street had more than one recorded sale in this period.
