Somerville recorded 13 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, with 11 disclosed sale prices ranging from $605,000 to $2.1 million and a median of $820,000. The period's top sale was 3 Tannery Brook Row Unit 8, which sold for $2.1 million; that street also produced the second-highest sale, at $1.65 million, making it the only street with more than one recorded transaction. Condominium units made up nine of the 13 transfers. Two transactions, both without disclosed prices, involved the same individual or family listed as both seller and buyer.
