Somerville Recorded 18 Home Sales From $508,000 To $3.2 Million In July

Somerville recorded 18 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, with sale prices disclosed on 11 of them. Disclosed prices ranged from $508,000 for a Tufts Street condominium to $3.2 million for a home on Francis Avenue, with a median of $975,000. Concord Avenue and Derby Street each saw two transactions. Several of the undisclosed-price transfers moved property into family trusts rather than to new owners, a pattern distinct from arm's-length sales.
