Somerville Redevelopment Authority finalizes 2025 report, sets 90 Washington Street review timeline. The board voted 5-0 to send its amended annual report to the mayor, City Council and the state housing office after member Christine Stone pushed back on language attributing the loss of a public safety building solely to a court judgment, saying "it was more than just the judgment amount that led the city council." Economic Development Planner Katie Weiss outlined a review schedule for the 90 Washington Street RFP, which closed April 10, with finalist selection expected around May 14 and updated proposals due back to the authority by early July, calling the coming City Council session a chance to be "reorienting before a big decision actually needs to be made." The board also voted 4-0 to ratify a corrected Zero Windsor Place easement, now set at 200 square feet, and heard that Hamilton Company has proposed rezoning a Union Square parcel to allow six-story residential development, up from the current five-story commercial limit.
