Ernest "Ernie" MacInnes, 95, of Somerville, died June 23, 2026. He was predeceased by his wife, Irene MacInnes; his son Daniel MacInnes; his parents, Effie MacInnes and Daniel MacInnes; and his siblings Daniel, Jack, and Charlie MacInnes. He is survived by his children Deborah Leavitt (John), Margaret MacInnes, Thomas MacInnes (Kathy Staples), Ernest Michael MacInnes, and Kevin Scott MacInnes; his grandchildren Kristine Mullaney (Joe), John Leavitt Jr., Michael Leavitt, Alexandra Nickerson (Brian), Thomas MacInnes Jr., and Daniel MacInnes (Janessa); and his close friend Anne Roake. Visitation is scheduled for Monday, June 29, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home, 760 Main St, Winchester, MA 01890.
